Ingredients
- 1.5 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups plant milk
Directions
- Core and grate the apple
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Serve into 2 smaller bowls with fresh fruit, nuts and/or seeds if desired.
