Easy vegan protein chocolate walnut bars perfect for a nutritious snack.
Ingredients

2 cups gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 150g dark chocolate
Directions
- 1. Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then transfer and press down into a pan.
- 2. Pour over the melted dark chocolate and leave to set in the fridge overnight!
