A nutritious and delicious chia pudding infused with collagen, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.25 cup plant milk (coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

0.5 serving (17g) Vivo Life Collagen Builder (Vanilla flavour)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix thoroughly.
- Seal tightly and leave in the fridge overnight. If it's too thick, add some more non dairy milk, give another mix.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
