1 cup broccoli

1 cup peas

1 veg stock cube

2 celery sticks

1 garlic clove

½ tsp onion powder

Black pepper, to taste

Pinch of salt
Directions
Chop the veggies and add them into a saucepan.
Add the rest of the ingredients except from the protein powder, along with 2-3 cups of water and bring to the boil.
Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for around 10-15 mins, or until soft.
Once ready, add the protein powder and blitz the soup mixture with an immersion blender or a regular blender until completely smooth.
Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of dairy-free cream, a dash of olive oil, and peas to garnish. Enjoy!
