Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 heaped tablespoon coffee grounds brewed in 120ml freshly boiled water
- 1-2 tbsp pumpkin puree (optional but tasty)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 180ml nut milk

Pumpkin Spice Mix
Mix ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves to make the pumpkin spice mix. Latte
- Brew the coffee grounds in freshly boiled water.
- In a cup, add the brewed coffee, PERFORM protein, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, coconut sugar, vanilla, and black pepper.
- Pour the nut milk into the cup and stir well.
- Optional: Top with whipped coconut cream, a pinch of pumpkin spice, and cinnamon sticks.
