Delicious and nutritious protein bars made with tahini, dates, and a hint of vanilla.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
-
1/2 serving Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Madagascan Vanilla)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 tbsp tahini
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Place the cashews, coconut flakes, vanilla perform and salt in a food processor and blend until finely chopped
- Add the dates and tahini and blend further until the mixture starts to clump up
- If needed, add 2-3 tbsp of water to help it come together
- Shape the mixture into a large square, coat with a layer of extra coconut flakes pressing it down into the bar
- Cut into quarters and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
