A delicious and creamy oat dish blended with almond butter, cacao powder, and topped with fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (gluten free)
- 1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup oat milk (gluten free)
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1/2 serving Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Salted Maca Caramel)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Optional sweetener: 1 tsp maple syrup

1 handful fresh berries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
Directions
- 1) Pour the oats into a bowl and add the boiling water. Stir for 30 seconds until the water is absorbed, and then add your non dairy milk.
- 2) Transfer the mixture to the blender and add all other ingredients, except toppings.
- 3) Blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds until smooth.
- 4) Transfer the mixture to a pan and cook on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, until it reaches your desired consistency.
- 5) Add your toppings and enjoy!
