Delicious and healthy pancakes infused with collagen to support youthful skin and overall wellness.
Ingredients
- 70ml almond milk

55g self raising flour
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of mix onto the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
- Finish the pancakes drizzled with syrup, coconut yogurt (optional), and topped with fresh berries or nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
